Artwork

How much does it cost to make a custom design?
A simple custom design is free with your order. If the design is complicated or takes a lot of time, we will have to charge a fee. We will do our best to avoid charging for a custom design.
Can you print photographs?
Yes we can print photographs. The process can become expensive if you require a full color image, so we may require a minimum quantity for this type of graphic.
Do you make logos or designs?
Yes, our art department can create or re-make any file. Please call us or email us with any questions about your custom design.
What type of files work best for screen-printing?
We will work with almost any file, however the best files are in a vector format using known graphic design software. These files have extensions such as .ai, .eps, or .svg. If all else fails please use a high-resolution jpeg file. We will figure it out and return a vector-format file to you.

Who are some of your customers?
Our customers include large retailers, national restaurants, and universities and non-profits. In addition, we print for hundreds of small businesses and mom & pop companies that need shirts. Companies included are Temple University, Sports Zone, Police Athletic League, and Steve’s Plumbing.

Do you print the items yourself?
Yes, we print our items at our 12K square foot facility. We use the latest screen printing equipment to print all orders.

Grants

How many grants can I receive in a year?
As of now, we are providing 1 grant per group a year. We want to spread our love to as many people we can.
What if I need more shirts than the grant provides?
Unfortunately, we have to limit 144 shirts per grant. If you need additional shirts, they can be purchased.
How many colors can my design have for my t-shirts?
We limit 3 color designs with grant t-shirts.
How soon will I be notified if I got the grant?
Grant recipients will be notified within 24 hours of the voting polls closing.
How do I qualify for a t-shirt grant?
Fill out online application, submit all media content to sell your story and promote your cause. The best story will receive the grant.

In general we will re-print your order or refund your money, if your order is printed incorrectly or if we miss your deadline. Please talk with our customer specialists, as each case is different. Our aim is to make sure you are happy with our service and product.
How fast can I get my order?
We can usually print your order within 10 business days. If you need your shirts quickly please call us at (888) or email us at [email protected] A specialist will make sure your order is processed within your specified deadline. A rush fee may apply.
Can I order the same design on different shirts?
Yes. However, our online shopping cart does not allow for this special request.

What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards including Visa/Mastercard/AMEX and Paypal. In addition we allow major companies, universities, public schools, and government entities to submit official purchase orders for NET credit terms. If you require a different form of payment please contact us directly to work with a specialist.
What happens after I place an order?
As soon as you place an order members of our team will review the order to ensure that all of your requirements can be met. This includes checking the art, the position of the imprint, and the sizes/type of shirts. After the review, we will notify you with a confirmation, art proof, and expected delivery date. Upon your approval we will print, pack, and ship the order to beat your expected delivery date. You can always track the processing of your order by logging in your account and selecting track your order status.
Can I print my design on different products?
Yes. Please call us to discuss the different products you require for the order. You will still receive volume discounts when placing your order. Let one of our customer service specialists walk you through the process.
What is the smallest quantity I can order?
As of now, you can order as low as 6 units per order. We are working on offering lower quantities in the future.

Printing

How many colors can you print?
At the current moment we print up to four colors. If you require more please call us at (888) or email your request at [email protected]
Do you offer embroidery?
No we do not yet offer embroidery.
How large can you print?
We are able to print up to 13” wide and 16” high.
Can you print on sleeves?
Yes, of course we can print on sleeves. Please call us at (888) or email us to talk about special print placements.
How can I be sure of the placement for my design?
Please use our design tool to position your image on the shirt. We will use the design tool to position your image for each shirt. Our art and production team will work together to ensure that your image is positioned in the correct place. Before we print your order we email art proofs that require your final approval.
How should I wash my shirts?
It is best to wash inside out, in cold water, and with non-bleach detergent.
What is the printing process?
We screen print all garments. In the near future we will offer digital printing.
Will the ink wash off?
The ink does not wash off of your shirts. However, if washed improperly the ink will wear down and flake. It is best to wash inside out, in cold water, and with non-bleach detergent.
What is screen-printing?
Screen-printing or silk screening is a process that uses inks applied to shirts to make graphics. The process requires the pushing or ink through mesh material called screens. Individual screens are made for each color and those screens allow the ink to be applied to each shirt. For example – a red, white, and blue flag-imprint would require a red screen with red ink, a white screen with white ink, and a blue screen with blue ink. The inks are applied and layered to create the total flag imprint. After the inks are applied the garment is dried at 325-350 degrees. The ink lasts for years if washed properly.
